3L Global Medical LLC is a privately-owned medical equipment intermediary company that operates around the world. This company specializes in critical and noncritical medical equipment. In addition, the organization is involved in training and developing its customers using the latest research, expert knowledge, and the experiences of its members. Established in 2018 in Miami, Florida, the company has already expanded to countries in Africa, the Caribbean, and South and Central America.
Our diverse team is comprised of health care leaders, doctors, nurse educators, respiratory therapy educators, biomedical engineers, and IT. We have combined over 50 years of health care clinical practices and management experience, leading many health care employees, and dealing with a variety of equipment manufacturers. Our teams work experience covers areas such as home health, nursing homes, polyclinics, and trauma center hospitals. There is no medical equipment that we have not exposed for the past 30 years. In addition, we have a team of biomedical engineers that certify and test our equipment functionality for recertification.
Over many decades of combined work experience in dealing with doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, and physical therapists, we provide an understanding of the value of equipment relative to its function and utilization. We are small to medium sized, but we are flexible. We may not make all the devices, but we get access to many who manufacture them. We have tested and tried many products in action in real-life settings. Therefore, we know what works relative to the cost. In addition, our training sessions are conducted by industry experts and licensed professionals with ample hands on experience.
Although we have access to a variety of health care equipment and information, we intend to focus more on specific types of health care equipment such as: ventilators, dialysis, ultrasound and etc. The company also provides services such as: training and development on equipment utilization along with the needs of illnesses, as well as training focused on health care managers and business leaders that can impact change in human health.
